Our spring trip includes visits to significant music-related sites in the southern United States. Highlights include the Cadillac that Hank Williams Sr. died in, we'll visit Hank's gravesite in Montgomery before making our way to Muscle Shoals where much of the soundtrack of our lives was recorded. FAME Recording Studio along with Muscle Shoals Sound Studio, where the Swampers made history, are both still recording music. Memphis had it's own sound as did Nashville, we will visit both, we will tour the Mother Church of country music, the Ryman Auditorium. Macon, Georgia was home to Capricorn Recording Studio and we'll visit the Big House, where the Allman Brothers Band lived, along with the gravesites of Duane and Greg Allman. (Mid April)
Join us as we explore New York City. We will visit the Statue of Liberty, the 9/11 Memorial, the Empire State Building, Times Square, and Broadway. We will also visit the Liberty Bell and Constitution Hall in Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania Amish Country, Colonial Williamsburg, and the Wright Brothers National Memorial in Kill Devils Hills. See Montana's Dueling Dinosaurs at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences. (Late October)
Branson transforms into a winter wonder land for Christmas. We will take a cart ride at Top Of The Rock where the scenery is breathtaking. Christmas shows and shopping are on the itinerary as well as a ride on the Branson Belle. Have you picture taken on the truck from The Beverly Hillbillies. (Mid November)
